Meet our St. Croix Insular Superintendent
Carlos McGregor

Carlos McGregor was born on the island of St.Croix and attended both public and private schools before graduating from St. Croix Central High School in 1983.
McGregor continued his education at the University of the Virgin Islands where he earned both his Bachelors and Masters Degrees, the latter being in Education Administration and Supervision. Following an eleven-year teaching stint at the Pearl B. Larsen Elementary School, he was then named Assistant Principal of the Evelyn Williams Elementary School. Subsequently, he served as Principal at Evelyn Williams, Elena Christian Jr. High and most recently St. Croix Central High School. During this time I was elected and served a term as Vice President of the St. Croix Federation of Teachers and the St. Croix Educational Administrators Association.
